Four stages between upload and testimony.
Every piece of evidence passes through the same four-stage pipeline. Each stage is recorded, hashed, and timestamped. There is no step in which chain-of-custody can be silently broken.
Upload & hash
Files are hashed (SHA-256) in the browser before leaving the device, then re-hashed on arrival. We record both.
Object lock
Stored in S3 with Object Lock in compliance mode. Neither you, your firm, nor we can modify or delete until retention expires.
PII & OCR scan
Forensic tooling extracts text, detects PII, parses SMS metadata. Results feed a searchable, filterable evidence index.
Court packet
Drag-order exhibits, auto-Bates, generate cover page and FRE 902(14) certification. PDF/A ready for e-filing.
