What counts as an "active case"?
An active case is any case where you or your clients are still adding evidence. Once a case is closed or archived, it doesn't count toward your limit—but you can still access and export evidence from it.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Are there any per-evidence or storage fees?
No. Your monthly price covers everything—unlimited evidence uploads, unlimited storage, unlimited exports. We believe in transparent, predictable pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and can arrange invoicing for annual Enterprise contracts.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Pay annually and save ~20% compared to monthly billing. Annual billing is available for Solo, Firm, and Firm Pro plans.
